Eggs

I have recently discovered that I really really like eggs. Mostly hardboiled or in egg salad, but also fried or as the outside of an omelette. I don't know what clicked in me but suddenly I realized I can make eggs (I couldn't before we moved because you can't really make an egg in the microwave) and eggs taste damn good. I eat a lot of eggs right now. Probably in a few weeks I will not want eggs for months.
