On Saturday Kristen and I went to the boats to gamble in honor of her birthday. Kristen won $20 on a quarter slot machine, and I ... won ... $125!!!! Wooo! Then on Monday I got my damn refund check, so that was nice too. Mike's out of Eureka, so hopefully I'll get to see him more now, and even more hopefully he'll finish my tower soon. Mom told me the other day I get the computer desk from the upstairs whenever she gets a new one, and I plan on putting it in my room. That will be much better than having it out in the living room in the basement.

In other news, today is Kristen's 21st, and after work she and I are going out. Yay! I look cute, I'm even wearing a skirt. Go me!

The kitten, or maybe Bob, knocked the mouse's cage over last night and Breka found it running around her room this morning. It's now housed in the old hermit crab cage until I can put the other one back together.

I still have not gotten my refund check. It's been three weeks. Damn!! I have no money!

Sorry for not posting in so long. I'm going to try to not do that. (2.3 loyal fans - "Yay!") Don't really have much to post about. Mike's supposed to be done house-sitting by the end of April (At last!) at which point he will start looking for an apartment. I take comfort in the fact that at least it will be closer than Eureka.

In other news, I slept in today until almost two. Plus I am typing in my pajamas. Jealous? I know I am.
