Gimme da book!!

I just read Half-Blood Prince. *dances madly* Oooh it was goood!!! Plenty of surprise twists, character revelations, Harry's turning out decent, not whiney like he was in Phoenix. And...I finished the book before Breka! Now I know stuff she hasn't gotten to yet, haha! I started reading it about two, after I got home from Mike's, and finished up about seven this morning. Then I had a nap and a shower, which helped me feel immensely more human, as I am coming down with a cold or something. Blah. I tried to yell at a cat last night and realized my voice had gone off without me. Luckily, it seemed it was hiding in the shower, where I seem to have left my cough. I'm sure they'll switch places again, those bastards. Oh well. If I get sick and stay home, I have a great book to read! (Yes, I read HP twice at least before I put them aside for a bit.)

Now I can't wait for the next book.

Therapy

Went to see the therapist the other day. I was intensely nervous and almost didn't go, but now that I've gotten it over with I feel relieved. Long story short, I've been told I have "mild chronic depression" and I've been put on Lexapro. One side effect is nausea, which I have decided may not be a bad thing. I don't feel sick, but I don't feel hungry, either. I eat, don't worry, but I'm not eating nearly as much as I did a week ago, and I've lost six pounds. Yay! I think as long as I'm trying to make myself better, I'm going to try and eat more fruit, and take a multivitamin. I know I need better nutrition. Maybe that'll help the Lexapro. Wish me luck!

In other news, I am waiting on the edge of my seat to read the new Harry Potter. As soon as Mike is done with stuff at work, he's picking me up a copy and I will then proceed to read like mad. I can't wait!!

Posties

So, no move. Von and Drew won't be able to afford it after all, so I am stuck here for an unknown period of time until I can move out. Hopefully, Mike will be moving out of his parent's house by the end of the year or so, and even if I don't get to move in with him I will at least have someplace to escape to. Yay! Also, I can renew my plates online this year, and save money because -haha!- I don't need to get the inspections done. Woo, just saved 36 bucks. No diet for Sylvester either, not until he is an only kitty. I'm sure he's pleased.
